Chartered on July 19, 2021, the Library Committee maintains the Steeplechase Community Lending Library. Located in the cul-de-sac at the bottom of Duncan Lane, it is an outdoor library station that is free for any resident to donate or borrow a book. The committee will also consider opportunities and events designed to encourage use of this Library Station.

Meetings are held annually, and upon the call of the Committee Chair. Minutes shall be taken at all meetings, distributed to the Board with a copy to CMP, and the Committee Chair is responsible for reporting the details of all social activities in the Newsletter.
